On this site, we'll introduce our company and give you the consumer, a way to learn about our services
Here is a basic overview of our company. We are a ramp building company. We build ramps for skateboarding, rollerblading, biking. I'm sure there are other things you can do on our ramps, but these are the three main activities. We specialize in Halfpipes. We've built them ranging from a 2ft tall, 4ft wide, 12ft long, micro-pipe, all the way up to a 6ft tall, 12ft wide, 44ft long mini-ramp. We offer an alternative to ramps built by bigger companys, starting at over a thousand dollars. We can build a 3ft tall, 12ft wide, 32ft long halfpipe for $600. Our largest competitor builds that exact same ramp for $1,400 and they dont install it like we do, they only send you the blueprints and cut materials for you to build it yourself. Our ramps come with complete installation at no additional cost. We have a long list of ramps that we build, or if you would like something different, we can build you a custom ramp. You explain to us what you want and we'll draw up a picture of it and if it's what you want, we'll figure out the cost of it and build it for you.
A ramp is a good alternative to skating or biking in public places on obstacles such as stairs, curbs, ledges, benches and many other things. Not only is it usually illegal to skate in these places, but its also dangerous. A ramp is made specifically for skating or biking so it has less of a risk of injury because it fits together perfectly. There are no cracks that your wheels, trucks, board, pegs, grinding plates, etc. can get stuck in so there are no sudden stops without warning, causing you to fall and get hurt. I cant tell you how much of a difference having the right equipment makes. I've been skating for 5 years and before that I had a 4 year career in BMX racing in the NBL (national bicycle league), so I know what its like to ride professionally built ramps, and thrown-together ramps. I would say that for the most part, everyone's first ramp is a pile of bricks/2x4's/logs or other stackable material with a piece of sheet wood laying over it, or its a couple of 1x12's or 2x12's laid over a few 2x4's/ bricks or logs. That is one of the reasons that people get hurt so much when they first start skateboarding or biking or rollerblading, because they dont have a ramp that will work correctly. It will either fall apart causing the rider to fall, or it will have a huge lip at the start of it and when the rider hits it, they will fly off their ride and fall and get hurt. If you start out on good ramps buit by people who know what they are doing and have more than 7 years expierience in the ramp building industry, you will have an easier time with less injuries and will be able to progess much faster than if you dont have well built ramps.
